Delivery Solutions (DELSOL) Ltd, The West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year 2025 are looking to appoint an experienced Team LEader - AM Shift based at our depot in Deeside.
The successful applicant will be required to learn the planning of the routes to provide holiday and sickness cover and to assist in busy periods. You will be responsible for ensuring the morning sort is completed on time, every day. You will also be responsible for discrepancies, damaged freight, returns and carded deliveries. There will also be a requirement to learn the end of day processes to be able to cover the Team Leader – PM Shift for holidays and sickness.
