Job Description
Delivery Solutions (DELSOL) Ltd, The West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year 2025 are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Advisor based at our depot in Sandycroft. Experience in logistics and the transport industry is an advantage however full training will be given. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
Required Criteria
The successful candidate must have the ability to:- • Prioritise workload. • Work to strict deadlines. • Provide excellent customer service. • Work both independently and as part of a team. • Deal with customers both on the phone and via email. • Handle a high volume of calls with a strong telephone manner.
