Job Description
Delivery Solutions (DELSOL) Ltd, The West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year 2025 are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join our busy team. Previous experience of multi-drop driving is essential, collecting and delivering pallets throughout North Wales and Cheshire. Must have full drivers' licence, class 2. Digicard and CPC are essential. ADR licence is desirable. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm, finish times are approximate and may change daily. Saturday morning is worked on a rota basis. You may be required to drive smaller vehicles from time to time, there is also a requirement of flexibility to cover other work.
Required Criteria
Qualifications/person specification: • Courteous and polite • Full driver’s licence. • Acceptable driving record. • Ability to work in all types of weather. • Ability to use own initiative • Customer Focused • Self-Motivated • Flexible • Work as part of the team in providing delivery and collection services to our clients. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to lift heavy boxes. • Ability to follow instructions • Excellent time management skills
